We’ll identify the things that customers don’t see that happen behind the scenes that have a cause and effect on loyalty. We’ll talk about the benefits of employees working for a brand vs the benefits of customers buying from a brand and how their loyalty can interlink. One can’t be successful if the other fails. We’ll even throw in some data science!
