Our Fees

We operate on a retained search model which has allowed us to build a reputation for a 100% fill and candidate retain rate on all our projects. We can only achieve this through strong partnerships with our clients and an overwhelming commitment to fill our client’s vacancies.
Our fee is 23% of the offered annual salary with an upfront retainer fee of 40% before the project commences.*
