An interview with B4B Payment's Chief Commercial Officer, Craig Simpson.

Craig possesses extensive industry knowledge and expertise which has been acquired over two decades in the gift card sector, where he has collaborated with renowned companies, including Red Letter Days, Argos For Business, and Sainsbury’s. Currently, he holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at B4B Payments.

The Gift Club’s Founder, Hadie, met with Craig to chat about the 10% year-on-year growth of the B2B Gift Card market (KPMG), his career and what is next for the industry and B4B Payments.

“Look beyond gift cards and at more alternative use cases.” Craig delved into some great examples of gift card use cases and how B4B is working with clients across different industries.

“It isn’t complicated. We tend to complicate things in the incentives world when we don’t need to.”

Partnerships were a big topic of conversation as they drew out why partners are really important in solving big, complex problems for clients and why B4B relies on partnerships so heavily.
