“Working within Blackhawk Network I have been fortunate to find and develop my career whilst growing with the company.
Starting out in the contact centre as an advisor in 2018, I have since had the opportunity to work in and with, various different departments which provided me with the knowledge and support to excel in my career.
A recent opportunity arose, where a position within our employee benefits team to become an account specialist became available. Knowing this was the career path I wanted to take with Blackhawk Network, I reached out to members of the Benefits team and our Talent Acquisition Analyst, Charlotte, who provided me with all the information I needed regarding the role and set me up with an informal chat with the Client Service Manager of Benefits, ahead of an interview.
Loaded with the support and information I needed, I agreed to go ahead with the interview. Following on from this, Recruitment and I had a call to discuss how it went and if I had any further questions regarding the role and the opportunities that lay ahead.
This support reassured me that my company is enthusiastic to grow within, whilst also providing lots of opportunities for employees to develop their career.
I was fortunate to succeed in landing the role as the Account specialist within the Benefits team. I look forward to further opportunities that will arise within Blackhawk Network that will push me to excel my career with them.”
