New Member Benefits To Help Ease Household Financial Pressures

With cost-of-living pressures continuing to rise, Queensland’s largest club, RACQ, is launching a new cashback program helping members save on everyday expenses.

The program, beginning on November 23 and leading into the peak Black Friday and pre-Christmas retail seasons, adds to the existing portfolio of valuable benefits available to  RACQ members. The launch comes as new RACQ research reveals 70 percent of  Queenslanders are not confident cost of living pressures will ease over the next 12 months.

RACQ General Manager Member Loyalty and Benefits, Karen Wynn says the Club is proud to offer members a new way to save. “The new program will allow members to accrue cashback in key need areas including home, pet, fashion and beauty. They can then redeem their rewards to a prepaid digital Visa or retailer gift card,” Karen Wynn says.

RACQ has partnered with APAC Loyalty and Engagement Agency Team of the Year, Wink (Think Wink Pty Ltd) to launch the new initiative. The wholly Australian-owned and operated specialist acquisition and retention marketing company has developed the technology and interfaces for the program on the ground in Queensland.

Wink Managing Partner Kristie Atkins says, “There has never been a more important time to deliver tangible benefits for households feeling the squeeze from rising interest rates and other costs. RACQ members will enjoy the program’s simplicity and outstanding user  experience, together with a host of sensational offers from some of the country’s most  loved brands.”

Karen Wynn from RACQ says, “We are excited to partner with Wink and leading Australian  retailers to provide even greater value to RACQ members who have already saved more  than $22 million in the past year through our existing benefits.”
